Shipping policy

• We do not take an additional shipping charge.
• All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Depending on your location, delivery might take 5-10 days.
• We use Shiprocket & India Post services to ship your order.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking no by mail through which you can track the delivery status of your order.
• Please note that once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

DELAYED DELIVERY-

As we use a third party courier service there have been instances of delayed deliveries. We will raise a ticket for the same with the courier partner and see to it that the package is delivered at the earliest. In case of delayed deliveries do get in touch with us along with your order id- 9686878829.

WRONG ADDRESS/ CONTACT INFO-

A request to change or modify an address/ contact number is possible only before an order is shipped. Hence, kindly check the details before placing the order. Once shipped it's not possible to change the address/ contact number. We will have to wait for the package to get RTO initiated before sending the order again. Please note we will be charging an additional fee for the same.

FAKE DELIVERY-

Sometimes it so happens that the courier partner attempts a Fake Delivery. In this case we shall raise a ticket with the courier service and resolve it at the earliest.
